Gaming PCs

All gaming PCs come with a power cord, and a basic wired USB mouse and keyboard if requested. I build these with a mix of spare, used, and brand new parts. Every system is tuned to run optimally through a mix of undervolting, overclocking, and custom fan curves for improved thermals. Stability tested via a mix of synthetic benchmarks and OCCT. Full system specs, configuration, and notes are documented in the second picture of each respective items gallery. If you want a higher end rig, contact me for a custom build!

Dell Precision Tower 5810 Workstation Intel Xeon E5-2687W v4 Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 32GB RAM 256GB SSD 512GB SSD 2TB HDD: $650

This professional workstation system is very much an able gaming rig. It doesn’t have fancy gamer flair, but if you’re in the market for function over form, this system is very much a solid 1080p box capable of running nearly all games out today at 30-60 FPS. Some resolution up-scaling will likely be required in newer, heavier games. What’s more is this rig will do a hell of a lot more than just run games: it will code compile or do 3D rendering (CAD) well within reason. A great buy for an engineering student who’d like to run PC games too!

ASUS Expertcenter D500SD SFF Workstation intel Core i3-12100 AMD Radeon RX6400 32GB RAM 256GB NVMe x2: $600

This small form factor workstation PC can be used as a gaming PC or living room entertainment center PC. It sports one of the best consumer class low-profile graphics cards currently available on the market: the AMD Radeon RX 6400 which are tough to find given how vastly under-served the LP GPU market is. For additional airflow and improved thermals, I’ve custom mounted a Noctua 120mm Redux fan to help pull in additional air. This little box can comfortable runs most games at 1080p low-medium settings targeting 60FPS (up-scaling may be needed in some games).

Dell XPS 8900 MT PC intel Core i7-6700K GTX 980 32GB RAM 512GB SSD: $450

This mini tower PC is a good entry level gaming PC that is especially suitable for E-Sports titles and able to run many older games (or newer indie games) at ~1080p, 30-60FPS (or more depending on title and settings used). A brand new Rosewill 650W semi-modular PSU has also been installed.

Dell OptiPlex 5040 CMT PC intel Core i7-6700 GTX 1050 2GB GDDR5 32GB RAM 256GB NVMe 1TB HDD: $350

This compact mini tower PC is a veritable entry point into PC gaming, suitable for E-Sports titles and able to run many older games (or newer indie games) at ~1080p, 30-60FPS (or more depending on title and settings used). You don’t need a high end rig to enjoy the millions of games available on PC. This box would also make a great emulation station!
